I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist, with a doctorate degree specializing in counseling psychology.  Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions.

 

I believe people have an inner sense of who they want to become and for what they are striving. I believe in helping clients find their own way with dignity and integrity. I also believe that the client-therapist relationship is one of respect, motivation, honesty and care.
